Does Curt Solid Steel 2" Hitch Bar with Raw Finish # D30 Have Tongue Weight Rating

Question:
what is the tongue weight capacity for the 2 inch solid bar shank? does that change if i have a 2 and 5/16 inch ball pintle combo attachment? also if i add two adapters to fit this into a 4 inch receiver will that work?

Due to it's universal application the Curt 2 inch solid shank bar part # D30 does not have any weight ratings.
