Imprinted on hub is 8-407. Does that help identify it? Pictures attached.

It certainly does. What you have there is a hub for a 4,400 lb axle. To replace it you will need the # 8-407-5UC3-EZ. This includes the hub/drum, new bearings, races, grease seal and lug nuts.
