Are there any side panels for this?

Yes, the Yakima MajorShady 270 Awning # Y82AV does have a side panel which is found as the Single Wall Extension # Y22AV. This is tall enough to reach all the way to the ground so it will be a complete side panel and not just a smaller extension for shade.
