Bike Rack Recommendations for a 2008 Infiniti EX35

We have several 2-bike trunk mount bike racks that will fit your 2008 Infiniti EX35. However, if the vehicle has a rear spoiler there are no trunk mount options that will fit.

Without a spoiler I recommend the Thule OutWay, # TH45JV. This rack is unique in that it uses 2 rubber coated straps instead of 6 straps like other racks to mount to the vehicle. This makes installation quick and easy and the cables hold up much better than nylon straps.

This rack can be locked to deter theft and there is an integrated One-key cable lock and rack lock. It is made in the USA and comes with a limited lifetime warranty.

If your EX35 does have a rear spoiler and it is a Journey model then the best option is to install a trailer hitch, # C11510, and use a hitch mount bike rack. For a bike rack I recommend the Swagman Trailhead, # S63360. This is a good rack that will not break the bank. It can tilt down, has anti-sway cradles, and the rise in the shank provides better ground clearance than a straight shank.

The Trailhead is also a 2-bike rack and it is compatible with the Class I trailer hitch. I have linked a video review of the rack on a similar vehicle.

Whether you can use the trunk mount rack or go with the hitch mount, if you will be carrying any bikes that do not have a top frame bar that goes straight across (like a typical mens bike would) then I recommend using bike adapter bar # TH982XT or # 64005. This will allow you to carry those bikes more level and will provide better ground clearance. I have to use these adapters and without them my wifes bike would be at a severe angle and I would not be able to load my sons bike at all.
