Yes, they do make the Curt CrossWing Lightweight 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C86JR in a version that can be used with a B&W Turnover Gooseneck ball.
That is the Curt CrossWing Lightweight Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter # C32DR. The hitch will attach the the actual turnover ball and not down into the gooseneck hitch. This allows it to work with the B&W Turnover ball, even though B&W uses a square hole for their gooseneck hitches.
