I have a blaze aluminum trailer with two axles... they are marked REliable 2200lb sn 0054796 no brake hubs,,, I understand you have retrofit brake flanges available... what needs to happen for met to get a brake flange on this trailer so that I can put brakes on it?

What you will want to do is purchase the part # 4-34 as this is a brake mounting flange designed for 2.2k axles, provided your axle is a 1-3/4" round tube.
The brake mounting flange needs to be welded on perfectly square and concentric and if it is off by even just a little bit, this can lead to all kinds of problems with trailer ride, stability, tire, and suspension wear. We strongly recommend that brake flanges be welded on by a professional shop that routinely works on trailers and has the equipment required to weld the flange to the spindle.
