Yes, it will. The Mopar M25 head is the same as the Curt A25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Head item # C16580. The Curt S25 Slider for A25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches item # C43DR is designed for the A25 Head item # C16580.
You will also need the Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch item # C47BR to attach it to your 2018 Chevy Silverado 2500's factory puck system.
