Does Curt A25 Head Attach To Curt OEM 5th-Wheel Hitch Legs With Four Bolts

Does the Curt 16580 only use 4 bolts to connect to 16017? The legs are threaded but the head is not drilled through to be able to use all 8 bolts. Thanks

Hey Kevin! That is correct. Do you already have of these parts in hand? The A25 Head # C16580 only comes with four bolts for installation. The reason the # C16017 has the extra set of holes is for different heads. The A25 just happens to have an extra row of holes to fit different legs. If you look at the A16 head it is narrow and mounts on the inside holes which can be seen in the installation video below. Something like a Q20 head is wider and fits the outside holes. All of them are using four bolts.
