Troubleshooting A B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch That Won't Drop Into The Factory Pucks

Question:
I have a 2017 Ram 3500 dually and the 3600 BandW. Three of the latches line up great but the forth will not. I have unloosened all the bolts and still no luck. Are there any adjustments under bed of truck?

You as the consumer wouldn't be able to adjust the puck system as it's typically welded to a frame that's attached to the vehicle's frame. Manufacturers do make mistakes so you could have a bad puck system from the factory and would need to reach out to Ram in order to further troubleshoot installing your B&W Companion OEM # BWRVK3600. The spacing from center to center of the pucks should be 39" wide x 30-3/8" front to back. You can also measure the puck feet on the hitch to ensure it's not the hitch that's manufactured incorrectly.
