Question:

I have a 2015 Ram Promaster 1500 Im looking to install trailer wiring for, I would like to have 4 plug and 7 pin connector. I have receiver install just looking for wiring for lights. It does not have factory tow package. Thanks

To install both a 4-way and a 7-way on your 2015 Ram ProMaster 1500 you would need to first start with a 4-way kit like the Curt # C58DR and then convert it to a 7-way with the part # 37185 which also has a 4-way on the side of it just like you are wanting.
