Will this work on a F-150 3.5L eco boost with electronically boosted brakes?

Yes, it will. The Demco Air Force One Supplemental Braking System item # DM55MV is compatible with electronically boosted brakes. Since you have a newer Tiffin motorhome that comes set up for flat towing this system is exactly what you will need.
