To add a gooseneck hitch to your 2023 Ford F-150, I recommend the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Hitch item # BW77FR. This hitch is custom fit and includes all hardware necessary to complete installation on your truck. It fits all three bed lengths 5-1/2',6-1/2', and 8'. It has a massive 30,000 lbs capacity but you will want to verify what your truck's actual capacity is and go off of it.

This underbed system allows you to store the 2-5/16" hitch ball upside down and inside your bed when you are not using it. This gives you full access to your bed when you're not towing. The locking handle is easily accessible inside your driver's side rear wheel well.
