Brake Controller Recommendation for 2020 Mazda CX-9 with 4-Way

Id like to get a brake controller for a 2020 Mazda CX-9. I have a 4-way connector in the trunk that is accessible but I believe this will only control brake lights and turn signals and not charge the battery or control the electric brakes on my trailer. Im looking at your ETBC7 and a proportional brake controller option. Im not seeing any videos on your site for Mazda installations and want to make sure that Im getting a compatible brake controller that is plug and play with a mazda. Im leaning towards the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller but if installation is difficult Im considering the Curt Echo Wireless Brake Controller - 7-Way Plug Mount w/ Bluetooth and skipping a hardwired controller option altogether. Hoping someone can help with recommendations for my vehicle. Thanks for the help!

The easiest brake controller install option for your 2020 Mazda CX-9 would be the Curt Echo Mobile controller # C51180 with the part # ETBC7L but this doesn't always have really solid reception to your cell phone so it would not be my first pick.
Instead I would recommend using the adapter part # ETBC7 with the P3 part # 90195 that you mentioned. This isn't plug and play and does require some wiring but it's not too bad. We do not have any install videos we can show you unfortunately.
