Can The DC Distribution Panel Of A PD4060K Be Powered By Shore Power Without A Trailer Battery

I bought the Progressive Dynamics 4000 Series RV Converter w/ Charge Wizard and AC/DC Distribution Panel - 60 Amp from you. My question is can it be used without connecting to a battery if I am always on shore power and still have dc side work?

Yes, the Progressive Dynamics 4000 Series RV Converter w/ Charge Wizard and AC/DC Distribution Panel # PD4060K has the DC distribution panel connected to the converter to power it even if a trailer battery isn't connected to it, when hooked up to shore power.
