I have a 1996 Shorelandr boat trailer VIN: 1MDC95R10TH788332 with a Profile 2000 winch, and I need to replace the strap cylinder. Please advise. Thank you!

I was able to track down the winch reel as part number 3110348 WINCH REEL WITH STRAP 1800/1802 and determine that it was manufactured by Dutton Lainson. Using their part look up for this shows no matches so the winch is most likely discontinued and they went on to different designs so you'll most likely only be able to find this part secondhand.

If you end up not being able to find it then we do offer replacement winches like the Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch - TUFFPLATE Finish - Single Speed - 1,800lbs # DL14627 or 2-speed # DL15502, which both offer the same capacity as your current winch.
