Question:

Does this spare tire rack RA-16 have the capability of storing two 2 full size spare tires Size ST175/80D13 as long as the additional Spare Tire Carrier RA-16HST is purchased? Photo shows only one full size tire and a smaller tire.

Yes, If you use the top and bottom slots on the Spare Tire Carrier, item # RA-16, to hang your tires there will be enough room. You will also need the Spare Tire Carrier for E-Track, item # RA-16HST, for the second wheel and tire. I figured your tire height and it should be 24.62 inches. If we round that up to 25 inches then you would need 50 total inches to hang the tires. From my calculations a 14 inch wheel and tire combination will also work with the Spare Tire Rack for Enclosed Trailers.
