Recommended 2" and 2-5/16" A-Frame Couplers for an Older Trailer

Need a coupler repair kit for the coupler shown in photo.

I took a look at your current situation and it's looking like there isn't going to be a replacement latch kit available unfortunately.

Instead, you're going to need to replace the entire coupler with something like the A-Frame Trailer Coupler # CA-5210-B which is a weld-on style replacement that'll work with 2" hitch balls and has an 8,000 lb capacity.

If you needed a 2-5/16" coupler, then the # CA-5400-B would be better suited for you. This coupler is also has a weld-on install and has an increased capacity of 14,000 lbs.
