Question:

trying to wire trailer. I thought the brown wire from harness gets tapped into black wire on side marker. instead tour saying that the black power wire on marker gets tapped into yellow or gree n wire that runs down to tail light. my tail lights dont lite up.

For a clearance light like the # MCL44AB The black wire on the light would be connected to the running light circuit on your trailer. That said, wire colors are not universal. We would go in with a wire probe like the # PTW2993 to determine function.

I have a 96 bronco that is missing the Door panel Lights and lenses, I would like to use these in place of those because the original door panels are long gone, my question would be, which wire would be considered +12vdc and which would be considered -12vdc or ground. Thanks

@PatrickR For the Optronics LED Trailer Clearance and Side Marker Light # MCL44AB the black wire is for 12v power and the white wire is for ground.
