Replacing Or Upgrading The Light On A Range Hood

I need to upgrade my range/vent hood light. I have not been able to find a good replacement. I did upgrade to an LED bulb which helped, but not enough. Is there a replacement fixture I can buy to light up my life?

I do have a potential solution for you. Now I do not have any light fixtures made specifically for a range hood, we do have other surface mount lights which may work for your application. The Great white LED utility light # PE63FV would be a great option. This light is 6-3/8" long and mounts using just 2 screws. You can wire it to a on/off switch like the # 37212225. This would have to be wired to 12v power and grounded. This would be a fairly easy add on which would surely be much brighter than the light currently on your range hood.
