Troubleshooting Pairing Monitor and Camera for Furrion Vision S Camera System
Updated 07/06/2023 | Published 07/04/2023 >
Question:
I have a Furrion wireless camera system part # FRC12TA-BL. My trailer is prewired and It would not pair and I could not get an indication of a signal reaching the monitor. I then wired it to the running lights, verified power to the camera with the same results. Both with the factory prewire and via the running lights-the monitor, C1 and rotated image are lit but NO bars on signal strength. how can I troubleshoot this? Thanks

Usually when someone has a hard time pairing the monitor and camera we recommend powering both the monitor and camera but try to get them as close as possible - this is the same case for your Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System # FOS43TASF.
Instead of having the monitor at the front of your vehicle and the camera at the back of the trailer try powering the camera closer to where the monitor is located and going through the pairing process that way.
Let me know if you're still having issues and I can see if there are any other steps to go through for the pairing process.
