How Hard is it to Install the Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack?

Question:

We are interested in this Hollywood rack for our e-bikes. Our question is if the rack is easily removed from the hitch. We use a stabilizer on the back of our 5th wheel when at campsites. The stabilizer uses the hitch receiver. The rack would need to be removed upon arrival and then replaced when we depart.

I consider the Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack item # HLY64FR a pretty easy rack to install and remove from a hitch receiver but I can't speak to your experience to say for sure. One of the main issues you will have is the weight of the rack itself as it weighs 77 lbs. You said we, so I assume you'll have someone to help you get the rack on and off the receiver which is what I recommend for people with concerns like yours. The second person can help line up the shank with the receiver to make the process quicker and easier.
