We do have what you're looking for. If you already have a ball mount, the Convert-A-Ball Interchangeable Ball Set - 1-7/8" and 2" Balls # 901b will work great.
This part will easily and quickly allow you to swap from 1-7/8" to a 2" ball by just removing the integrated pin and swapping balls. Also to note, this setup is only going to work with ball mounts that have a 1" diameter hole.
