Question:

Im getting a rr jack code on my 3.0. It will extend but will not retract. I used the manual retract on the electric motor under the plug to retract it. I was getting a rr out of throw and it was still going up and down with the buttons but now it comes down with manually and hitting rear and it works. But when I repeat and hit retract the right rear wont retract but the left rear does. Its not bound up and it moves very easy with the 5/16 bolt manual retract. The beeping and rr error will not go away even when I retract the rr all the way up. Ive tried resting the system. but still get the error code and it shuts the whole board off when I try to reset it holding the 2 buttons together. Its a 2019 kodiak 27ft camper

The "RR" code is referenced in the instruction manual for the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System # LC358590. It sounds like you have already covered most of the troubleshooting steps, but I have included them all below in reference to the "RR" code.

- Check harness connections at controller and at jack.
- Check harness for damage. Repair or replace as necessary
- Check fuses at controller. Repair or replace as necessary

Make sure you are checking the wiring at both the jack and the controller. If all of these checks have been checked/performed and you still have the problems, I recommend having the jacks checked by a qualified technician or it may be time for a replacement # LC344792.
