It sounds like you are wanting to convert a boat trailer to bunk boards. There is not a kit for this because each trailer/boat varies. To do the conversion you will need the bunk boards, brackets and u-bolts.
It is recommended to have bunk boards that are at least 50% of the length of your boat. You can have longer boards if you would like, but you want at minimum 50% of the length. I have included the length of bunk boards that we carry below. You can piece the lengths together as needed to get the right length for your boat and trailer.
CE Smith Carpeted Bunk Boards for Boat Trailers
- # CE27800 (3' long)
- # CE27810 (4' long)
- # CE27820 (5' long)
- # CE27840 (6' long)
- # CE27845 (7' long)
The brackets are the CE Smith Bolster and Swivel Bracket Assemblies # CE10000G-4 and the CE Smith U-Bolts # CE15283GA-4 for the u-bolts. Each bracket/u-bolt set will allow you to mount 2 bunk boards.
