Recommended Motorhome and Flat Towed Vehicle Capable E-Bike Rack w/ a Loading Ramp

Is there a ramp that will fit the Hollywood hr1700? I need the 1700 to use behind an RV and/or TOAD. The Trule is sooo expensive so Im looking for the best alternative.

The Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack item # HLY64FR does not have a compatible ramp. I have another bike rack with the same capabilities that they make a ramp for but it to is also pricey. It is the Kuat Piston Pro X item # KU98VR which can be used behind any vehicle, motorhome, or trailer with a 2" receiver.
It has a weight capacity of 67 lbs per bike and weighs 60 lbs. The Piston Pro is a wheel mount bike rack that clamps onto your wheels around the 10 o'clock and 2 o'clock positions. If you have fenders this wouldn't be a suitable option. I have linked a review video below so you can see the functions of this bike rack.
The ramp is sold separately and it is the Loading Ramp for Kuat Piston Pro X Bike Rack item # KU63VR.
