Question:

Hi, I have a 2018 Grand Design Imagine 2500RL travel trailer fitted with Dexter “120091” 3500lb axles. Have broken a spring, it is 4-pack double eye. Looking for either a replacement or upgrade, can’t find these under Dexter maybe the springs are Lippert? Thank you

I would be happy to help you find the correct replacement leaf spring the Dexter 3500lb axles on your 2018 Grand Design Imagine travel Trailer, but I will need to know the length of your current springs measured from the center of the spring eye to center of the spring eye as shown in the included diagram.

You will want to measure the spring with no weight on the axle or else you will get an incorrect measurement due to the spring getting longer with weight applied.

We have 3 double eye leaf springs that are designed for 3500lb axles.

The 4-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 3,500-lb Trailer Axles - 25-1/8" Long # e54SR which measures 25-1/8" from center of the spring eye to center of the spring eye.

The 4-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 3,500-lb Trailer Axles - 27" Long # SP-210275 which measures 27" from center of the spring eye to center of the spring eye.

And lastly the 3-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 3,500-lb Trailer Axles - 23-1/8" Long # e59SR which measures 23-1/8" from center of the spring eye to center of the spring eye.
