Will the TRU36FR fit a Kelsey hayes 3500 Lb axle? I am not sure of the bolt pattern for the backing plates. Thanks, Frank

From all of the information I can find on your Kelsey Hayes 3,500lb axle it should use the standard 3,500lb brakes with the standard 4 bolt mounting flange.
I'd recommend confirming this before you order, but the TruRyde # TRU36FR should work perfectly for you, though you'll want to add the replacement nuts and washers # BRKH10B.
