I spoke with the manufacturer and was able to determine the material compositions of the handle of the LaSalle Bristol Cable-Actuated RV Waste Valve for Black Water Tank # 34466N4AB48GMA and have listed them below:
Cable bulkhead = plain low carbon steel
Cable push rod = aluminum
Cable wire = stainless steel
Cable jacket = polyethylene
