Does The Trailer Axle With Idler Hubs # e22GR Have a Front and Rear Side?

Question:
I just Got a 2200lb leaf spring axle e22GR. is there tow in a front and rear to this axle? THANKS

The tag on the Trailer Axle with Idler Hubs # e22GR should face the rear of your trailer. This has an underslung design so the arch will face up with the spring pads on the bottom of the axle. This ensures you have the left and right sides of the axle on the right side. While not as important for left and right on a idler axle it can cause issues on other axles with brakes. Having the tag on the rear of the axle also helps to keep the tag from getting damaged as easily so you can check it later down the road since most never save the tag information elsewhere on the trailer.
