Is There a 16" Trailer Wheel with 5 Lug Bolt Pattern?

Question:

Do they make 16 inch rim with 5 lug pattern?

Nope.

For what a 16" trailer wheel and tire would be rated for, 5 lugs would not provide enough support so you'll need to convert to 6-lug hubs and new 16" wheels/tires, or you can stick with your existing 5-lug 15 wheels and tires assuming they're in good shape and rated high enough for your trailer's load.

If you can let me know what size axle you have I can recommend new hubs for converting the lug pattern if that's the route you decide on.

I have a 7K utility trailer with Dexter axles, brakes on rear axle. I am not looking for increased load capacity just more ground clearance. Two 3.5K 5 lug axles I would like to change to 16" wheels and tires, is that even possible?

@Robert We don't carry any 16" wheels that have a 5-lug pattern. Trying to switch to larger wheels than what came on your trailer, would require some measuring to make sure you have clearance for the larger tires in the wheel well and from the fenders. If you're needing more ground clearance, I'd suggest trying an over-under conversion kit like the Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Kit part # K71-384-00. It fits axles that are 2 3/8" diameter and will move your leaf springs over the axle to give you 4.5" to 5" of clearance. This kit is for a single axle, so you'd want to get two kits, one for each axle.

Not correct there are venders who make such model summit racing and few other but are expensive. Not worth it in my opinion.

@LeeS While you are technically correct (which some would argue is the best kind of correct), the wheels Summit Racing carries are geared towards vehicle, not trailers. That doesn't mean they can't be used on trailers though. It's most likely why they are more expensive.
