Yes, we do. To add a hitch to your 2023 Acura MDX, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C22HR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Acura with included hardware. I really like this hitch because the crosstube installs behind your rear bumper cover. This leaves only the 2" receiver visible.

The Curt Trailer Hitch item # C22HR is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a 6,000 lbs towing capacity and a 900 lbs maximum tongue weight.

I have linked an installation video below. Please note that if you have a full size spare tire you will need to get a donut for any hitch you add to your Acura. The full size takes up too much space.

If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C59236 and a ball mount kit item # C45534. I also recommend using the No-Drill Mount Bracket item # 18136 to secure the 4-way connector to your hitch. This will put it in an easy to reach spot and prevent the risk of it falling onto the road.
