The Curt # 13703 for your R-pod trailer has a 350lb tongue weight rating which should be plenty for your 200lb motorcycle and carrier, but that doesn't mean your trailer frame is rated for that much.
You'll need to reach out to Forest River to confirm that the frame of your specific trailer is capable of holding enough tongue weight for your 200lb motorcycle and the carrier.
