Options For Replacing A 32 Amp Converter In An RV

The Replacement Section for AC/DC Power Distribution Panel # PD4635V is designed to only replace the converter section of a Parallax/Magnetek model 6336 and WFCO 8935 so it's most likely not going to be a fix with your system since you stated it was 32 amp. That being said, I do have a few options for to replace your current converter.

Option 1: Disconnect the converter you have from your power center and then wire in a dedicated outlet to power a new converter like the Progressive Dynamics 9100 Inteli-Power Converter - 12V - 30A # PD9130.

Option 2: Replace the power center and converter with a new one like the Progressive Dynamics 4100 Series RV Converter w/ Charge Wizard and AC/DC Distribution Panel - 35 Amp # PD4135K.

If you're happy with your current power center and just want a quick swap out then you'll want to go with option 1. If you'd like to update your power center or plan on swapping over to lithium batteries then you'll want to go with option 2 since this power center has the ability to change charging profiles between lithium and lead acid.
