Have We Ever Had Glass Break of Furrion Fireplace FF40SC15ABL

Question:

Have you ever had the glass explode? My RV was winterized and covered for the winter when I opened it up this spring the glass front of the fireplace was all over the place. All doors were locked and the RV was parked in my fenced in backyard. It is the 40” with gems. What would make this happen? Can I replace just the glass? The buttons also shattered and have only springs sticking out of the holes. Also I was wondering if I can safely plug in my RV with the fireplace in this condition?

I can say with all honesty we have never had the glass explode on the Furrion RV Electric Fireplace with Crystals - 40" Wide - Recessed Mount - Black # FF40SC15ABL.

I do not have any idea how glass could explode just on its own, but unfortunately the glass is not replaceable, and since the buttons shattered as well, you'll need to replace the # FF40SC15ABL.

I can't tell you if you an safely plug in your RV I very strongly recommend going to a local dealer or shop and having it examined for possible electrical/wiring issues.
