Location of Curt Front Hitch Receiver For Fitment on a 2007 Dodge Ram 2500

Question:
2007 Dodge Ram 2500 4X4 with aftermarket BodyGuard bumper. My question is regarding the specification dimensions of this receiver hitch. I would like to know the distance from the bottom side of where this receiver mounts to the front frame rails, to the center of the hitch. I hope this question makes sense. Essentially I would like to know that height distance to see if Im able to sneak/squeeze this into my aftermarket bumper. Thank you.

I've answered a similar question on the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # C31017 in the past. In that question they wanted to know the distance from the frame of the vehicle to the top of the crosstube which I found to be 1-5/8" (see attached). Since this is a 2" receiver we just need to add 1" to that total (making it 2-5/8") to determine where the center of the hitch receiver will be located in regards to your truck frame.
