Question:

Is there a solution for cargo carrier on the back of a 2023 Jayco Jay Feather Micro 173MRB, it does not come with a rear bumper.

Yes, there is. I recommend the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch item # C13704. This 2" hitch has a 500 lbs maximum tongue weight and fits frames 22" to 66" wide. This hitch is designed specifically for applications like this. It can be bolted directly to the frame rails or welded on for a no-drill installation.

I have linked the installation instructions below along with a review video. There are no custom fit options and I doubt there ever will be.

If you are in need of a cargo carrier, you will want the 24" x 60" Curt Cargo Carrier item # C18152. This carrier has less moving parts than folding versions which is ideal for use on the back of an trailer. Cargo carriers mounted on the back of trailers have much more movement and stress in comparison to when they're mounted on the rear of a vehicle. This is due to the distance from the carrier to the axle.
