Correct Replacement Wall Controller for a Fan-Tastic Vent 6504-414

Question:
Need to replace the white electronic wall controller/switch for a FAN-TASTIC VENT fan for a RV ceiling. Model # for the fan module is 6504-414. The removable controller switch panel has a model # MC411D which Im sure is not a Domidic Fantastic fan part number. I would like to purchase more than 1.
