We do have some replacement RV stereo options that can replace your Executive 7000 stereo. The Jensen RV Stereo # JWM60A is a great option that fits with a cutout of 9" wide x 6" tall x 5-1/2" deep. To connect the wiring you'll just match the functions that are connected to the Executive and connect them to the Jensen.

If the cutout you have is a different size then you should be able to modify it to fit your RV.
