Today were reviewing Part Number STL111AB from Optronics. This is an amber 6 1/2 oval glow light, LED parking light and turn signal that uses a grommet mount. You have a perimeter band of amber LEDs. That will be your parking light. In the center you have a row of LEDs. That will be your turn signal.
Over everything is an amber lense. You have a white housing. Those are both made of polycarbonate. It will resist any kind of breaking or damage. You should be fine.
On the back you have a standard 3 wire connection. If you do not already have the 3 wire pigtail that you need for installation you can purchase this one separately at etrailer.com. This is the Optronics Right Angle 3 Wire Pigtail Plug, Part Number A47PB. It doesnt want to go in. There we go.
Nice and tight now. You also need a grommet for installation, and if you dont already have the 61/2 grommet you can purchase this one separately at etrailer.com. This is the Optronics Rubber Grommet for 6 1/2oval lights, Part Number A70GB. It should slide right onto the light like that. Remember you can mount this horizontally or vertically, but were going to show it to you today horizontally. This light meets all the requirements for automotive lighting from the Department of Transportation.
You might need a mounting bracket for installation. Some trailers do need it and others do not. If you do need one, you can purchase this separately. This is the Optronics Mounting Bracket for 61/2 oval lights. Its Part Number BK70BB. It will look like this. I dont have it on real tight, but this will give you an idea of how it looks. Now we can take that off, and I can show you how the light works. The black wire is going to be your parking light. The red wire will be your turn signal, and the white wire with the ring terminal is your ground. Were going to hook these up to a portable power source. Remember that your round wire should be installed on a clean and unpainted metal surface. I dont want these to touch, thats why Im fiddling with it. Stay. Now we can turn off our overhead light, and Ill turn off our portable power source. You can see your parking light. When you use your turn signal, you get this. Now well turn our overhead light back on, Ill slide the grommet off, and I can show you some dimensions. This light is 6 1/2 wide from side to side. Its 2 1/8 tall. Its 1 thick. Theres a lifetime warranty on the LEDs and a 3-year warranty on the housing and on the wiring. There you have it for Part Number STL111AB from Optronics. I use these for the front side marker/turn signals. I had to reinforce my frame to take them but it was worth it.
These GloLights are a major aesthetic upgrade to most other round-style taillights. Just make sure to get the correct back plug! "RMB" is the symmetric 3-pin and "RB" is the asymmetric 3-pin.
Easy quick process. The company I work for purchased a clement monstar end dump trailer and it came with these tail lights in my opinion they are the best they can be seen at anytime of day and in most weather and a cool design. Ever since I discovered these lights they are the only kind I use on my trailer

I really like these lights. I use them for my rear lighting and rear side marker/turn signals. I went out of the way to use these on my trailer which involved reinforcing the frame since I had to cut a large piece out to install them. Well worth it. They are bright and have a distinctive look.
These LED stop, turn, tail lights are an exceptional upgrade. They halo is a great feature and blinker lights are very bright! I truly believe these lights have made my unit safer!!!
Great lights, very bright. I like them because not many people have them and they're very eye catching. My only complaint, is trying to push them in place in the bumper with those rubber grommets, but that would be the case with any sealed light.

Upgrading our 1998 Coleman Grandview, the old incandescent just seemed too dim.
Nice light, only suggestion would be to list some wiring options, was a bit confusing going from the old Bargman to the new LED.
But I read through the Bargman page here and got squared away.

These are some pretty sweet lights. Very bright and attention getting. I am constantly getting compliments on them.
The High Points-
- I bought the standard 3 prong style, works just fine with a Truck-Lite plug and with a no name one I had lying around.
- When not using driving lights both the outer and inner lights flash for turn signal. Don't remember reading about that, but it's pretty sweet(at least for the people behind me!).
- All 4 arrived in excellent shape and with all lights working.
Now, for the only negative that I can come up with-
- 2 of the lights have what I think is a sliver of white plastic stuck between the outer circle and the cover. I'm guessing it's from pressing the halves together. They can't be seen until you're very close to them, but for a $28 light it's a bit disappointing for that to get past QA.
Regardless, I highly recommend these, they are very distinctive and so far I haven't seen anyone else with them. Can't wait to be able to afford 4 more!
These lights were added to my cargo trailer that I pull behind my motorcycle. These help to make sure that people see me when I am on the road. The lights were easy to install with the grommets and pigtails that I ordered at the same time. All the products worked together well and made the project easy to do. Love these lights and will buy more if needed.
Light was exactly what I needed. Came out of the box in excellent condition with grease on the connectors for easy install and water protection. Replaced my burned out light and it worked perfectly.
I upgraded the tail lights in addition to the back up lights. The old lights were incandescent bulbs and weren't really that bright. These new LED tail/brake/turn signal lights are much brighter so hopefully folks behind me will have an easier time figuring out what I'm trying to do while going down the road. Make sure you order the right pigtail connector when ordering the light! I failed to do that which slowed this project down by a few days.
I like these lights. They appear to be bright in the daylight. Can't ask for me. My trailer is from 1997 and they just plugged into the existing wiring.
