There are no stake pocket spare tire carriers for a trailer that fit a 5" wide x 1-1/2" deep stake pocket. For a spare tire carrier on your Lowe's trailer you'll need to get one that clamps onto the frame/tongue, the Flint Hill Goods Spare Tire Carrier # FHG57ZR.
The # FHG57ZR clamps around frames up to 3" wide x 5" tall and has a 100 lb weight capacity, which is more than enough for the tires on your trailer.
