Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11522 is confirmed to fit on your 2022 Mini Countryman John Cooper Works edition. I do recommend installing the Curt Powered Tail Light Converter # C59236 when you install the receiver. This will give you a 4-way flat connector which will allow you to use Auxiliary Lights # C53201 with a hitch mounted accessory. The 4-way can also be used to operate the lights on a small trailer if you will be towing.
