With your 2007 Ford E-450 van chassis and Osage ambulance box you are going to need a weld on receiver like the Curt Class V Universal Weld-on Receiver # 15902. This particular receiver includes brackets which will allow for a drop of 10.865" from the vehicle frame. We also have the Receiver # 15901 which will give you up to 3" of drop if you do not need any more than that.
