Could CE Smith 3,500 lb Trailer Hub Fit 2001 EZ Loader

Question:

Do you know if this will work for a 2001 EZ loader trailer? It’s a single axle. It is the original trailer that came with a 2001 Skeeter SX 180. The boat is in storage and I’m trying to prepare for next boating season.

We don't have a way to know what axle your EZ Loader trailer has but based on what we've seen over the years it is pretty likely that your 2001 EZ Loader has a 3,500 lb axle with a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern as that's very common in general and also very common for EZ Loader trailers so it's very likely that the CE Smith hub part # CE13511 would work.

You can pretty easily verify this by looking for the tag on the axle and see if it says 3,500 lb or measure the diameter of the axle and if it's 2-3/8 inch you'd be good.
