My brake buddy classic 3 has power but will not come on its a model #39494 serial#15600 Cant find my paper work but i bought from you can you help me. Thanks

The problem you're talking about on your Brake Buddy Classic 3 # HM39494 could be a warranty issue but I have something for you to double check first.

You mentioned that the unit has power and so I recommend checking the fuse to see if power is getting past the fuse to the brake system or if it's stopping there. If replacing the fuse fixes the issue then you'll be good to go, but if that doesn't fix anything you'll want to reach out to Brake Buddy about a warranty claim for internal issues (see linked instructions for warranty details).
