Question:

I built a boat trailer using these axles: Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System with Hubs - 5 on 4-1/2 - Regular Tires - 2,000 lbs - A20RS545 Id like to carry spare parts for my trailer in case a bearing goes while Im on the road. Can you recommend the proper bearings, and any additional parts that would be wise to have on hand as Im often far out in the woods with this. Thanks,

The correct bearing kit for the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System item # A20RS545 is going to be item # DBRKHW2SS. This kit has four item # L44649 bearings and two of the item # 10-9 grease seals. It also includes two replacement bearing buddy caps and 10 lug nuts.

You could keep one or two of the Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly item # 8-258-5UC1-EZ on hand as well. This has the same 5 on 4-1/2 lug pattern and fits a item # L44649 inner and outer bearing.

To save space you could also keep the LubriMatic Mini Grease Gun Kit with Multi-Purpose Grease item # L30132 on hand.
