Speaker 1: Today we're taking a lot at a bearing kit for disc brakes with eight inch hub and rotor assemblies. Now this complete kit includes your inner and outer bearings, grease seals, grease caps, and lug nuts for two disc brake assemblies. Again, it's designed eight inch hub and rotor assemblies for 2,000 pound Dexter EZ Lube axles. The grease caps right here, these are drive end grease caps, that have a diameter of 1.999 inches. They do have the rubber plugs, which prevent any dirt or moisture from entering the hubs. And the rubber plugs also allow for easy access to the EZ Lube axles.The unit also comes with your inner and outer bearings.
Now these are all the same. Part number on these is L44649. And they are for use with an inner race, part number L44610. Now as you can see, races are not included with this kit, because they are already installed on newer hub and rotor assemblies. And then we have the grease seals, part number on these is 10-9.
They are double lipped to better retain grease, and keep out moisture and debris. Inner diameter is 1.500 inches, outer diameter is 1.987 inches. And then lastly, we have the 10, half inch lug nuts. For 2,000-lb E-Z Lube axles.great replacement bearings for my trailer...always a messy job to change bearings, but well worth the time and effort when they get old. EZ lube caps were pretty snug, but I got them installed....
