The 6-Amp Auto Reset Breaker for Lippert Power Stabilizer Jack # LC134181 is self-resetting. It automatically will reset itself after the breaker trips. If the circuit continues to draw more amperage than the breaker is rated for it will constantly trip and reset. You will be able to hear this if you are close to the breaker as it is happening. While it is possible for the breaker to go bad, since your jacks are going up fine it sounds like your motor may be overloading or the switch is shorting out when the jacks have a load put on them.
