On the Lippert Power Stabilizer Jack # LC298707 for your Forest River Evo Trailer Trailer there should be a 20 amp (or higher) fuse/breaker located inline with the red power wire coming from the switch before it reaches the battery. Check to make sure the fuse is in good condition and replace if needed.

You can also check the 6 amp auto reset breaker that is located inline with the red wire from the switch that goes to the jack's motor. If you find it needs to be replaced you can use part # LC134181.

It's definitely possible that overextending the jacks caused the motor to be overloaded and tripped the breaker. Just let me know if the problem persists and I will be happy to look into this further.

On the 6-Amp Auto Reset Breaker # LC134181 you will want to just visually inspect it for any rust/corrosion on either end or any obvious signs of damage from overheating (burn marks/black coloring around the breaker). If it looks okay then it's likely still in good condition. It can be difficult to actually test a breaker like this because even if it continues to trip it's difficult to know if the issue is with the breaker itself or with another component like the wiring, motor, or battery.

Having a problem with my 2016 Keystone Avalanche. Front Lippert stabilizer jacks won't retract when I'm leaving my site. The keyboard reads low voltage. The other 4 jacks retract with no problem. The only way I can get the front to retract is by rehooking up to shore power. I went and bought 2 new batteries but it didn't help. Any help would be appreciated.

If it works fine with shore power but then struggles with battery power (and new ones at that) then I'd try tracing your wiring and looking for any places where there is a bad connection or damaged wiring. The keyboard reading "low voltage" means you are losing power somewhere between your batteries and the jacks. Be sure to check your grounds as well.
