I would love to help but we don't really carry just universal trailer coupler repair parts nor do they even exist. I would need the exact make and model of coupler to confirm if there is a replacement but more often than not, they aren't available. I'd have to advise against jerry rigging the coupler so you'd be best off just replacing the inner tube with an option like the B&W Defender Locking Gooseneck Coupler Inner Tube part # BWGNC4250. If you can provide some info on your existing coupler, I'd be glad to see if I can make a more specific recommendation.
