I need a new power jack for my 2014 Keystone Bullet Premier Camper Trailer. Is the 3500 lb capacity sufficient?

Yes, it is. The best one for your Keystone Bullet is going to be the Electric Jack w/ Footplate item # EJ-3520-BBX. This jack has a 3,500 lbs capacity and total lift of 25-1/8". The toggle switches on the front of the jack are easily accessible and let you operate the up and down feature.
